Well built high performance boat built in east Tennesse. Bad fast boat if that's what your looking for. Think it may be to narrow on front deck for 2 people. Worth a look. Basically a custom built boat. They are in the same category as Allison boats.

    Default 90 Norris Craft

Pros: 1-that sure looks like a very well maintained boat for its age. 2-That mariner is a good quality motor. CONS: 1-that age out board is gonna suck gas and oil like BigBlue drinks bud lite, 2-it has a very light hull like an Allison so it probably want give that big boat feel in rough water, 3-the narrow pointy front will make you set your trolling poles back a bit so even with 16'ers your gonna lose 2' at least. 4-it has a hand control trolling motor, 5-it would pull much better on a tandem axle trailer.......I'm not knocking the rig, but noticed these things that might be of issue to us crappie fishermen. If the money is right and it looks as good as it does from the pic, you may can over look some of the cons. Personally I would try and find an older Ranger, Basscat, Stratos, or Skeeter in the 18-19 ft range. They are much more adaptable to our style of fishing.

It's a scary fast boat. In terms of speed, it's Allison, bullet custom racing boats, norriscraft, bullet production boats. It will ride very good, but not fish as well as a sled light ranger etc for the reasons feesh said. The top cap is not as heavy built as most sleds either, so boxes will have some flex...that's not a cheap build, but by design. Feesh is right about the motor being a gas hog, but overall fuel consumption will be better than you would think because the hull is so efficient.

You can do a lot better for crappie fishing...unless its dirt cheap and you can flip it.That light lay hull ain't gonna like stumps and most of those race inspired boats have only one battery for the engine and trolling motor.

Thnx. for the feedback. It is designed for speed more than rough water! Think I'll keep looking.

You wont regret it, rough water is the key for me, sure is nice to just cruise in when the wind gets up to 15 or so and not have to worry about it or get beat to death!!
If you don't mind, what were they asking for it?

You can sleep later and still beat everyone to the hole. Ever run 90 in a boat?
