Does anyone understand the C.O.E. deciding factors on how much water to release from it's dams?
Clinton lake is 4 1/2 feet low, yet they increased the outflow from 7cfs to 21cfs despite in inflow on the Wakawusa is only 1cfs.
Are they concerned that Clinton will fill up too fast![]()

Same people that regulate taxes and health care SS, medicare, all the programs that are going down the tubes. What do we have to look forward too. Failure at best.
agree 110% with bd40 but with that bein said when they build these dams they have to promise people down stream a certain amount of water all the time 14 cfs second ain't jack the 1500 2000 cps you need to be worried there is more evaporatin a day than 14 cfs

If Clinton stays low for a few years it will b great for the fishery, when it fills back up the new shoreline growth will provide great cover for the yoy, a couple years later it will be a fishing bonanza![]()
