    Good for you Paige, now you are hooked but it can get HI$ so watch out. We need to keep a good cook happy! As far as eating I like the black (speck) a little better but haven't found either to be bad eating. I think the blacks meat is a little firmer, IMHO.

    Just a guess from the pic but the top one and the 3rd one look like blacks to me and the other 2 whites.

    For the record, it was 2lbs 3 oz, 14". What was all the yellow stuff inside of them?
