    Default Minn kota trolling motor

I've got a 65lb Minn kota all terrain 24v, its got 5 speed levels. 1-4 are all about the same speed and its way slow, but 5 is way too much I replaced the speed control but it didn't do much. Now when its out of the water you can tell the difference in each setting but not when its in the water. Yesterday I caught a stump and broke a prop blade, so I'm thinking of buying a kipawa performance prop. So whats the verdict on the situation?
