I own this mold and the baits are tiny. Yours look huge in the picture. It looks to me like you poured the belly, injected it orange, cut the feet off then injected it yellow and then dipped it? Your detail/baits are always neat to look at.

    GM....

I shot the mold in orange and then trimmed off the feet. The feet were put back in the mold and the belly was poured right up to where the feet started, then the mold was finished with the chartreuse. Its a lot of messing around but worth it. The key to happiness at the end is to use a softer plastic and to keep it HOT. I add stabilizer to every color except the orange and held the heat at about 355 degrees. As the bellies were filled with the pearl the plastic bonded very well when contact was made. When the finish color was injected it fused with everything it came in contact with making a very "tight" bait. The whole body section got a cover dip after the eyes went on.

As mentioned, they were a process, but by working in controllable amounts of plastic they come out very solid with no cold joints and are nice to look at in the end.
