    I asked my wife but she just rolled her eyes.

    I'm wondering if I got too much tail on em. Got the maribou from a turkey last year and thought it would make a good jig tail. So, would ya?

    Looks good to me! Im a big fan of the "ghost eye" jig heads. Turkey feather is a nice touch!

    I think they would ,but Crappie not nearly as picky as most want to believe. Those look great and have seen some even ugly attemps at jig making catch fish.

    Yes, that will catch, but if I were a crappie, I would still prefer prime rib medium rare, baked potato and a garden salad with some Italian dressing, apple pie a-la-mode, but I suspect it would be difficult to get all that to stay on a hook.
