    It will be better tomorrow or the next day after it sits, if there is some left over. I always do things like that a day in advance. Good job and looks very good.

    Dang it Speck, that looks great!. I'm hungry again now and I just ate. One question, how the HECK did you keep those counter tops and everything SO CLEAN and NEAT? When I cook, I've got crap everywhere. I mean even your crockpot is spotless from the food level up. Every time I stir my crockpot I get food stuck to the side, and have my ingredients strewn about, then usually end up spilling something.
