    There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

    There's a small lake close to us that they lowered the water level on so the dam could be repaired. When the water was low someone saw what they thought was a refrigerator off the end of the ramp, this was way before todays level of electronics. Turned out to be a car with the owner still in it. He had been missing for a long time.
