    Well guys,no more paddling the jon boat for me ! A buddy of mine sold me one of his older boats for a deal.tried it out sat. Morning in lick creek and man did she run good.didn't get to stay long, it was colder than i anticipated and i didn't take a jacket.still adjusting everything and will be back in lick creek this coming saturday for another test run.if you see me say hello,i,ll be in an older red boat with a white johnson motor.i guess alot of the guys this past saturday liked my old boat because they were waving at me and yelling something.

    Redeye White Haired Rob... don't tell anyone Rob but they are having a power boat race a swords this weekend and from what I have seen you do you stand a good chance of winning..PM me and I will give you the coordinates around some of the obstickles so you can make a sure win in record tome

    Quick....i don't think the old boat is up for that,but i did pick up a speed prop this afternoon.can't for saturday to try it out.i have a friend that lives close to lick creek and we plan on playing with our boats all weekend.will let you know how it turns out.

    Well Rob I really feel that you have a good chance at a quick win on the Old Apalachee at Swords if you change your plans I will attend and cheer you on, you would love the hairpin turns up there. If you just want to experience the thrill let me know I'll get those coordinates to you asap.

    Redeye Rob, I think ole quick is pulling your leg,......... there aren't ANY obstacles in Swords, it's smooth sailing all the way, feel free to run wide open up that creek

    Trees!!!!! need coordinates please I just spent 117.00 at Sports Center for a prop don't need to find another tree the hard way. I promise that I will not use the information for the benefit of filling the live well And I have some beach front property for sale in Tenn.

    Rob. Don't find out what we mean by the expression..."Apalachee Blues" BTW. I saw an "airboat" at the ramp yesterday. That thing looks scary!! Not your typical airboat. Looked like it had a shop fan on steroids standing up in the middle of it!
