    Haha. I wouldn't a known either. First time I cooked it. The correct answer is ox tail.

    Mama use to cook ox tail soup; sure was good.
    Can't speak for the rest of it but the brisket was awsome.

    Yes sir Dusty Gates is a good man. He's been the sheriff since the sheriff passed away. Honestly, Sheriff Buckley was so sick that Dusty had a ton of the responsiblity for a while. I've been knowing Dusty and Camile for a long while. Good people.

    I know that wore you out. The most Brisket I have cooked was 581 pounds. I cooked 200 chicken halves last Saturday.
