    Default Talquin 2/28 and 3/1

Talquin Maggie and I fished about 5 hours in the channel on Friday and done pretty good. We didn't start fishing until after 10:00 and stopped at 3:30. The bite was slow but steady until around 1:00 and the slabs turned on big time. We probably boated 90-100 fish. We left the fish still biting. We had plenty of fish for the family fish fry on Saturday...I went back out with a friend on Saturday morning from 8:30 until 12:30 and went back to the channel. The fish had moved into the flats in about 14-18 feet of water and we ended up with 37. Our best color was Electric Chicken, but we caught fish on most every fish color we threw at them. Didn't fish Saturday afternoon or Sunday Morning but we had a blast the 2 trips we made while we were there!!

    Nice mess Tim
The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"

Now I don't see any dinks in that group. Good job.
