Default What's The Better Fillet Knife This One Or That One ? Help

The American Angler older 120v power head (Black) seems to run at a higher pitch or faster than the new 110v . I have not used the new one yet but would like to know if anyone has compared the two and also if anyone would recommend some other electric fillet knife as being better yet.

I think either of those would out perform the Green handle Mister Twister. I used an American Angler for years before it finally wore out. God only knows how many Mister Twisters I have gone thru!!!

My fish so big I normally use a sawzall! ... Haha actually I been useing a browning 110/12 volt for about 10 years with no problems yet. But I haven't seen another one like it since I bought it maybe they don't make them anymore. I've heard the wall mart-black&decker electric knife is a good one.

Quick, my new AA filet knife gets a lot hotter than my old one. It is suppose to be better with more power but I don't know. You would think if it had more power it wouldn't get as hot. It is smaller so that is nice but other wise I like the older one better. Wes
