    Which is best for spider riggin, the rigs with the weight in the middle or the weight on the bottom?

    Both have their application. I use the weight in the middle about 75% of the time and weight on the bottom if I'm fishing deep or right in structure

    Yep, both have their places.

    Default Crappie Rigs

    I don't think the style of rig makes as big a difference as the distance between, and the length of the drops when fishing deep (Drops farther apart and longer) or shallow (Drops closer together and shorter). That being said, I use the C and C style more. That's just my personal preference. I've used both, and can't say I've seen a huge difference.
