Black and chartreuse anything.
I would not say I have an actual favorite jig, seems like crappie like such a variety. Here is a few jigs that I have been using lately from Ol' Shoot Bank Custom Jigs and I have been doing real well. I have only been using them in two bodies of water, but have done real well by getting my limits within 2 hours. I team them up with SlabSlobber and a 1/16th ounce jig head.

Very nice looking stuff!
We got some mixed colored slab bandits from robert that I traded him rods for, there were some corn colored with blue fleck 3" that we killed on at Eufaula last year.......but thats not my my fav color. I really have to say pump./ chart. For big fish. Elec. Chicken for numbers.

I like the same assortment most here have mentioned. Bobby Garland, Slab Bandits, Thump Buddies, etc. But, while not my favorite, there is one rubber body and color that has been the most productive for me over the years. I always have one with me ready to tie on when needed. It is the Charlie Brewer Crappie Slider in Pumpkin/Chartreuse tail. I catch big and small Crappie on it. I have also caught three Largemouth over 9 pounds, one over 10 pounds, Catfish to eight pounds, and numerous large Smallmouth, Largemouth, Walleye, Saugeye, Wipers, Stripers, Sand Bass and all sorts of dinky bream on it. It just catches fish! I usually just rig it straight on a Crappie jig but sometimes use it with the weedless Crappie slider jig. It's always in my bag.

The pearl and chartreuse sure looks good. The pumpkin/ pink should be a killer too.

My fav is the crappie rockets make by CW Wilson out of Hillsboro Mo. Great jigs and very durable. 300+ fish per jig is not uncommon.
