    Default Bass fishing tournament question.

Mr Bass Fisherman, does the bite change sides of the lake every 15-30 minutes? Mr bass fishermen, do you not keep good batteries and thus need to run your boat every 15-30 minutes to keep them charged? Mr bass fisherman, when you were zipping across the lake, why did you not know about waypoint 25 which happens to be a trunk of a tree about 3 foot through located just inches under the water? Mr bass fisherman, why did you laugh when I offered to give you some minners so you could catch a fish? Mr bass fisherman why did you get so mad when I asked if I could get some of the fish after the tournament to fertilize my tomaters? Mr bass fisherman, why do you need to look at your sonar screen to see if there is brush/fish there when there is an orange buoy already there? Mr Bass fisherman, why do you think it is ok to fish my orange buoy, if you don't look at me? Mr Bass fisherman, why would you not stop and at least offer to help the man and boy and little girl who's motor would not run? Mr Bass fisherman who will answer these questions? Mr Bass fisherman, will I have more questions the next time my fishing day and your tournament day coincide. Mr Bass fisherman, if you had a trolling motor only tournament would you fish it...never mind, I can answer that one.

No offense RCC used to be one of those!! In a hurry to find the next fish biting!!! Took a crappie fishing friend with me last year he was used to tying up to a tree and dropping down a minnow. Has caught a lot of crappie too. After about 4 hours of my run and gun fishing he had me take him to the truck said he could not stand run and gun crappie fishing!!! Their more to fishing than just catching enjoying being out on the water!!!

I haven't got a problem with anyone getting out and having a good time. Just be careful and considerate of others. On a 600 acre lake it don't take many boats to get it churning like a washing machine and it definitely hurts the bite for all fishermen including others in the tournament. The absolute best bass fisherman on the lake that I know of will move a few times to find the fish, then he will stay anchored for hours. He told me a couple months ago that he had just carried some people from the Arkansas Childrens hospital fishing there and they caught over 100 bass. I think he said from 2 to 4lbs. I would call him a liar, but I've seen him do it in person and he has plenty of video proof as well. It was not all the bass fishermen, but a couple of them spent their whole time running back and forth and up and down the lake. To each his own. They got a right to run and I gotta right to make fun.

I would like to understand why big fast boats , with a half mile of water across the lake, think it's mandatory to go between me and the bank at 70 mph as they race to the next spot.

Mr Bass fisherman, if I fertilize with bass after I have been fertilizing with crappie guts, will the tomaters dislike the taste/texture and be stunted?

    Hair-On-Fire-Fishermen. HOFF's.

I used to be one too. But not like that. I spent an hour with a plastic worm, fishing S L O W behind where they threw crankbaits for 3 minutes then left. I caught fish behind all of them. Then some guy bought me a straw hat. The rest is history.

I don't do tournaments. It wouldn't bother me if there was never another one. I guess I have Low "T".
