Kinda depends on how your gonna use them....spider rig or pulling crankbaits.

I don't think you can beat the PST's for pulling cranks. The Duck Commander trolling rods that I have held and felt seem like they are just a little bit more limber than the PST's so they would be a good rod to spider rig with.....might be OK for cranks too but I don't know for sure. I have a Duck Commander double touch rear seat jig pole for single pole fishing and I like it.

My understanding is that the Duck poles are more like the BGJP than they are PST. Dont care for PST and after my conversation with the lady in West Point doubt I will own anymore BnM poles, but thats just me.
With that said for the price you are talking for new poles you wont be hurt either way, if you dont like em you will be able to sell them with very little loss, good luck which ever you decide on.

If the Capps & Coleman B&Ms are available in that sale you would like them for spider rigging or hand pole fishing. The PSTs are too stiff for anything but cranking. I don't have any history with the Duck Commander. Good folks in my opinion.

PST's work just fine for Spidering and pulling cranks. Especially in the 12 ft. Like someone else said for that price you can always get your money back. Them Duck commander's are pretty high. Might buy a set of each, then peddle the set you don't want. Your not going to get hurt either way.

16 foot Duck Commanders run $79 each. Not the kind of thing you buy a set of to give a try. You borrow them from the rich folk before you buy. Lol
