Lake Shawnee open water for trout opener
NO coves or ramps open yet.The West side has open bank fishing from the marina cove to the yacht club club house. The East side has open water from the golf course maintenence shop to the rowing club. There is a small area of open water around the maintenance shop area fifty yards or so.
I will try to give another update tomorrow afternoon.

contact them guys with your political clout and tell them to open the heated dock from saturday till ice out. Tell them to give you the key you can open and close it.

Made a trip around the lake this afternoon. Coves opened up a little bit but not much. The maintenance area by the dam however got blown back shut with chunk ice.
