Thread: Thanks Brian of BBG Marine/ 958 problems

Have been whinning about my 958 being bad right out of the box and have sent unit back to Humminbird. Returned with the same problem. Finally called Brian to see if He had a return policy. I had the unit to long but he started digging around for someone higher up in the Humminbird company. E-mailed the link to me. Long story short I have a new unit and the 2-d and gps are working fine. Still have speed read out problems but thats a software issue that they can't fix. I'm just saying that this guy could have said " It ain't my problem". I don't know if I will ever buy another Humminbird product, but whatever brand I decide on I will buy it from Brian. Thank you Sir for great customer service and exceeding my expectations.
