Noticed water was real muddy and goopy looking. Done some reading and everyone else sees same thing I see......When water is like this, what are some of the best methods for when the conditions are as such, Also when its like this will they come up shallower for any reasons? Still got a lot of learning to do as you can tell! Thanks for all of the Info.

I saw that and that's what kind of got me thinking. What is reasoning behind them coming back up shallower. Is it becausewith the stuff in water it's more dense which pulls them shallow? Sorry if stupid questions
Not a stupid question. The muddy water has more particles in it to absorb the heat from the sun. Makes it warm quicker.

For me color is more important than normal. I also think fishing slower/perfect boat control takes on more importance. I've had pretty decent luck two poling wood in muddy conditions, but you won't get bit if you don't really hold it in there.

Dark colors are easier for the fish to see too. Forget the light, bright baits.
Blacks, dark blues and greens, red and believe it or not... baits that are about the same color as the muddy water. Don't ask me why they like something the same color as they're swimming in... but they do.

Fish will hold a lot tighter to cover in muddy water. It gives them something to relate to.

as mentioned muddy water warms up quicker therefore causing the fish to come up shallower, and muddy water is obviously darker than clear water so the fish hold tight to cover the same as if you walk in a dark room with no light you would most likely stay close to the wall so you knew where you were.
