    Running a tad bit smaller than usual , but the numbers are there. Got a nice white perch too. Bee look me up if you are going to be down this way.







    Guest for the day, passed his personal best twice as did the fella we called over.

    Went back tonight. They are all over an ugly hair jig I whipped up on the bench. I'd be happy to share it is there is enough interest/ response here.

    They moved about 20 yards over the course of 3 hours. That is just a sample. The night before we never moved from the first hot holes. Even called in the nearby group to join in the action. It will be over in a few days and they will move back into the basin and spread out a bit. Thanks guys.

    Mid to late May depending on the water body. We don't fish the spawn. Too many other bigger species are peaking then in the Estuaries. Would be like "shooting fish in a barrel" though.

    Yea. Know what you mean. Most years I have all the crappie I need and start bass fishing.
