I want to go fish that pier. There are a few things I will need. Address for property, the owners name, number for local GW, video camera and camera man in second boat. Together with a fishing partner and camera crew we can break this person from sucking eggs and do it legally.

I don't think it's the fishing part that's so expensive, it's the extracurricular activities that some people participate in that can be costly.
