Jackie, where you find those 2 1/2 blades? Just ordered some 2's but can't find a 2 1/2. Painted up about 50 more over the weekend.

A crappie jig tying friend got us those blades!! I think he gets those from Hagan's will check!! We trade materials all the time!! These Canady crappie spin's are deadly!! on crappie and if hybrid's striper's are around you better have braid line on they(hybrid striper's) will take them away from ya!!!

I order lots of blades from Hagens and I've never seen a 2 1/2 willow leaf from them.

Worth lure components carries a 2 1/2willow blade in smooth and hammered, just remember with the Worth stuff you can't purchase less than minimum quantity you will have to buy them by the 1000.

What size head are you using, it doesn't look that big, be afraid that large blade would spin the whole jig.

Jackie ... you need some that are solid PINK

Only time in my life that I've ever limited out, two days in a row, on 1-2lb Crappie ... was throwing a solid pink Roadrunner on Barkley Lake, Ky. My two partners tried solid white & solid chartreuse Roadrunners, but were not getting hits as often as I was. They eventually switched to all pink, and began to produce limits of their own.
