    Default CG/CMJ/CP/Pre-front Fog Crappie/2-1-14

Brought Feb 2014 in with a thump as me, Crappie Greg, and CMJ fished Today from about 11:00AM to dark. CMJ showed up a Lil Later. It was a mild rainey, pretty calm day, and when that warmer rain started hitting that cold Conway Water something special happened 2 hours before dark. A feeding Fog developed and the bite was on. I just love it when you have calm conditions and a Fog. Seems like I think back to other trips and when that fog looms over the water The Bite was on. We caught several good ones I will lay out on my table and add to this post tomarrow, and between the three of us we boated 47 decent to slab fish, with most our good fish caught in the Fog. Greg and Chris another great trip my brothers. Thanks for allowing me to do the Honors of filleting those Baby's. HAHA!!! One thing we learned today Rain and nibbles is very messy and when you use the glitter kind.... you get special attention from your wife. LOL When Fog is in the forcast grab your Crappie rods. Tight Lines.

Cool pics Russ. It was fun playing ring around the Rosie with you and Greg! We narrowed the big fish down to an area about half the size of a basketball court. We probably circled them tops a hundred times! The Shiny Hinee showed out for me today, boating 3 of my 4 biggest fish. Here's the bag o feesh. Russ, you gonna have to ice your wrists after all that filleting! Name: uploadfromtaptalk1391311713672.jpg

It was 2.3. I lost one that made that one look like a minner.
