    1. Icy lakes, slick ramps, Temps well below freezing, snow and ice on roads, are trying my patience.
    2. Groundhog day coming up, someone please find a blind one to make prediction.
    3. Sorted tackle box for 4th time in the last few days (still a mess)
    4. Swore at and cursed every weather report on TV, included weather men and women in tirade.
    5. Abandoning hope of early onset of spring
    6. Observed snow covered boat, this only deepened gloom.
    7. Considering moving to Tahiti

    Boats are launching normally at LCR today. Most of the ice is gone!

    we have a hot water discharge in one of our local lakes, Hyco. the fish have been bitin like crazy there for the last few wks in 58* water! I jumped out of the truck there yesterday mornin an immediately slipped on the Ice an landed on my left shoulder. Can't raise that arm at all but I can reel a spinnin reel pretty good with it. caught 30 crappie, 8 white bass and 7 LMB! seemed like good therapy for my injury!LOL!
