    That's exactly what I use.

http://www.thefind.com/buy-64sPIqpVI...c+fillet+knife This is the one I bought, they have a cheaper one at about 25 bucks but it doesn't have the steel gears like this one, when I bought mine it came with the shark blades they are the best blades I have used yet.

I kid u not. Went thru 3 of these in one day. Had one before that that lasted what seemed like a long time. Don't know if they started getting china to assemble them or what. 3 in one day is ridiculous.

I know what ya mean, fillet knives will last a long time on average sized crappie, but when you start filleting a box of fish from Grenada or Sardis or any of the big 4 you will find out what your knife is made of for sure.

I have never seen one last a year.. Tried original mr twister, mr twister piraņa( which is no better than the green and yellow one) American anglers, rapala( which was a complete joke) browning.. I will say the best was the American angler. It lasted a little over a year

I had pretty good luck with one. I'll find out because I have a brand new one for this year to try out. I'm kind of under the impression some might work better than others but not worth all the extra cost. I had one of those mister twister last year and got brand new blades at Bass Pro and it wouldn't cut thru butter even with those new blades.
