Thread: Day 1

I feel your pain. I started taking a stength training class and I did not know how bad a shape I was in. All I can do to drive home. Have to rest for an hour before I can get a shower. Need to do it though, got too fat and too lazy.

I have problem digesting food right now so I tried another approach to losing weight,,,, I tried the Ali diet plan which worked wonders for me to help push those unwanted carbs through and curve my appetite a tad,,, only drawback is the fact you always need to have a toilet nearby or end up with a set of oil slicked undies for everyone to admire on the trip home from fishing,,,,price of this stuff is like 49.00 for 30 day supply,,,, I lost 20 lbs the first month but quit because of underlying issues,,,, lol
