just wondering if anybody on here fishes cat tournaments? what part of the country do you fish for cats and what waters?

thanks for the post! I have fished Cabelas King Kat tour. at Vevay Ind. Got second place! I fish a lot of local tour. too. I am also a member of catfish1. I enjoy fishing tour. because of the wealth of knowledge of the guys that fish them. there is a lot more to catfishing than just throwing a bait out on the bottom.

I too have fished the Vevay, Gallipolis tournaments. Since the netting is so heavy in the area, I am fishing other tournaments. Fishing Santee Cooper in three weeks. Consider fishing the Gallipolis, Morgantown WV and the Lexnor TN tournaments. See you on the water, I have a 19' Carolina Skiff with two motors on the back.

I don't think they are going to have the vevay tour. this year because of that. I will try to make it to the galipolis tour. though. hope to see you there.
