Thread: Very late NW River report, Jan. 10

So, I was able to hit the river at about 1230 Friday afternoon. I found the water a bit low but mostly clear. I made my first stop in 11 fow and that was all she wrote. I was picking up fish immediately, crappie, YP, bass, striper and flyers. I stayed there for an hour and it was non-stop... until the rain came in. I've rarely experienced that situation. I stayed and fished that spot and others for another 1.5 hours and came up with three bites. All fish were in 11 ft. and deeper, no shallow bite to speak of.

Sounds like Perch are beginning to show up right oon schedule
