    Default Da Hill bout underwater!

I went to the lake yesterday and was going to put in at soap creek. The water was in the parking lot and I couldn't even see the top of the boat ramp. I went around to another ramp and put in and came back to the bridge at soap creek and where I usually fish, I couldn't get my boat in there. The water was too high. I hear they are going to open the flood gates to let off some water. Hope they don't pull it down crazy low. If you all got plans of coming to the Hill, might wanna give it a few days to settle down.

Going to be an interesting spring if that water stays up.

I've lived at the Hill for almost 20 years and I've only seen it like this a couple of times. Not to worry though the Corp has a way of screwing things up, I'm sure by the time fishing time comes around they will have the fish confused with low water.

Ive been here for 47 yrs and haven't seen it this high. Looks like God overruled the Corp of Engineers this year, I know they would never agree for our lake to be full this long!!
