    Default Conecuh sausage and bacon


    Had a hankering for a bacon and egg sammich so I fried one up. While I was poking I was wondering if you boys over in sippi had a conecuh plant like we do in Bama? If not when I come over to fish I'm gonna bring you some in a cooler. The bacon is hickory smoked from the factory, pretty darn good. I know how y'all like your bacon , be a good peace offering.....L

    Don't worry cray ill load up when i head that way. I know every third post is about bacon over there. When you talking HAWGS in sippi half the time it's bacon the other half is crappie....

    That's good stuff, I use the sausage in shrimp boils.

    I use the sausage in red beans and rice. The casings have a real nice snap. The Cajun flavored sausage has just enough heat to bring a little sweat to your brow when used in gumbo or red beans.

    The sausage is excellent but I have never had the bacon.
