    Glad to see that you are still fishing. Haven't seen any posts from you in a while. Is the SAV gone? Thinking about coming saturday if we can catch a break with the weather.

    It's going. Due to LCR's depth and lack of feeder streams, WT changes very slowly. That keeps the SAV on life support much longer than in other area lakes. As long as SAV is there, the fish hold in and around it & are hard to catch. Fishing the edges of grassbeds also means you will catch lots of chain pickerel. Yesterday, I hooked as many pike as crappies.
