    This is serious business for sure!!! Something I have seen hundreds of boaters take for granted... just like this guy did.
    Glad it had a happy ending this time, because many times it don't. Great post!!

    Yes PDF and kill switches in the boat!
    Seat Belts in the car.

    Never seen a crash where the dead was wearing them but I have seen plenty of both that people would have lived if they were wearing them, including a few fellow officers.
