Just had to try it out, injected these small pork tenderloins with melted butter Worcestershire and garlic powder, rubbed em with Two Brothers seasoning and set it and foget it. Gonna put these salmon on for the wife after I take the loins off, friend of mine went to Alaska and caught em and gave me 3 pieces of them.Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1388261890.432201.jpg

They are o.k... BUT.. next time cover one with Wishbone Italian dressing, then cover with a heavy mixture of lemon pepper and original Mrs. Dash seasoning. I do mine with hickory. If doing a turkey, put on the rack under the loin

Italian dressing does make a great marinade for any lean meat you're cooking. That should be some fine eating Sammy. You're gonna love that smoker.

I am enjoying it for sure guys, this homemade injection is something I came up with a while back, its pretty dang good, as far as the Italian dressing I really like it on beef but on pork I like the Two Brothers seasoning on it.
