    Since G is making a Scotty's Cookbook I thought I'd add another favorite. We've made this several times lately and we enjoy it. It's called Cowboy Cornbread. I added it to the Recipe Thread. It has meat in the middle. Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1388163566.835203.jpg Views: 217 Size: 20.5 KB

    made that a time or two cuz. Add some diced jalapenos next time. Serve with Sour cream and salsa YUMMMM

    You sound like Carol, if it doesn't make you sweat it's not hot enough. She said when we make it it will be with regular or hot Ro-Tel.
