    Default Big Alabama

Pulled the boat to Sherburne WMA today. Water looked like chocolate milk. Put in anyway and ran down to the wood bridge just to look.

    Pulled the boat out.

Gonna meet the oldest son and his mamma at the shot range. Got a 22 that needed the scope dial in. Got to shoot a AR.

Moved over to the pistol range and shot a 9auto, 38auto, 357 revolver and a 44 mag. Lot of boom boom. Surprised the son that the old man can still hit with a short shooter.

    Rather be catching.

Finished around 2pm. No telling what all that lead and brass cost.

Now I got the boat, still some daylight left. But were to go?

Made the left turn on HWY 190 and headed west to 2 O'Clock bayou. Haven't fish it in 15-20 years.

Went straight to were I used to catch, and two boats right there catching. Fell in line and started to

    ready for tomorrow.

I'm thinking if it's real muddy it has to be river water backing up in there with the river on the rise. I don't want to be there with it like that.

Probably Chicot. I'm thinking that's a winter type territory and I have the desire to see a new place. I had planned to go there Saturday, but I don't like the weather. Sunday looks good, but my crew said no. I will go there before too long.
