Default Fun in the sun catching slabs

Had another fun day catching slabs. The two best were 2lbs2oz and 2lbs7oz with others close but no cigar. The bite was a little slow this evening but still good fishing. Todays color was pink and chartreuse, fishing the same as 5 prior days Wind got up about 10am and forced us off until 3:30pm. I have fished this lake for 6 days now and managed to land 15 fish over two pounds and several just short of that mark. Love these Florida crappie.

This evening I took a new friend a neighbor that said he never catches anything. Well he was impressed just catching 7 or 8. I think he may be hooked after that.

    My neighbor friend

    2lb2oz

    2lb7oz

    Jig of the day

    Another day in the books

Excellant pictures and size of fish being caught........Congrats..........Lake Crescent
is a fishing manufacturing facility this time of year..........
We took one last week at 2 lbs 6.5 oz and had a 3 inch shrimp inside her........off
    crescent.
It took 14 lbs 12.20 oz to win the FCC tournament at Crescent this year on a
    7 fish weigh in.
Again, that lake is almost unbelieable.
