Those look nice Ship. Gills would really make em stand out.

Super looking paddletails, gills wow they will be real stand outs with gill & eyes, make some good colors My wife gots some $$ in her cookie jar and all 13 grandkids presents are bought.

Nice looking baits their ship they should knock the fish dad earlier this spring we caught a 4 pound smallmouth using clear silver glitter in a baby shad stinger it sure did the trick I believe using silver glitter in any of the plastic baits that you have tell action will definitely work it puts off a lot of flash in Clearwater also it is a good imitation.

Bob, and others, I desire your help. My minnow is still a work in progress. I was able to make entrails and get them inside the body before shooting it. I still have to resort to using a permanent marker to get the gill flraring open look. I have not quite gotten the hang of getting the blood plastic to adhere inside the mold and staying in place before shooting it. The eyes are looking great. Now if I could only find a way to do the gills. Any suggestions anybody?

I would have to play with it Mike to see what I can come up with but I would imagine a small toothpick and hot red plastic and just make up thin line there you'll have to double dip it in clear to make that little line the whole I That same mold I will mess with it later on and let you know the results.

Ideally the gill line should be put in the mold along with the eye before i inject the mold.

Nice!!!!!! A hot pink with green and purple glitter would be nice and a white pearl bottom with a smokey top with holographic glitter would be nice too!!!!!!! And!!LOL the same colors in a split tail grub 1 1/2" to 2".

That's pretty slick how you dot the eyes with black before you inject, Ship. That gill slice won't tease you too much.
