Zoobank granted Melba Ketchum her suggestion for the naming of the creature we know as Bigfoot. She has passed her PEER review and is published. Her mitochondrial DNA testing is what they based things on and Science has acknowledged the creatures existance

Last seen in east Texas, thats getting close to home.
I am sorry. That video evidence looks a whole lot like a lot of leaves shining in a shaded spot. Even the shots that are "improved" still look more like leaves than a creature. I need a body. I aint buying DNA from one sample. I have spent thousands of hours in the forests of the eastern united states. I have seen bear, hog, deer, fox, squirrel, bison, elk,....heck, I think I have probably seen scat, hair, track, or remains of every creature that walks in the woods. Have not seen any sign of Homo Sapiens Cognitus........ Until then, no such thing!!! Bring me the body!!! BTW....Here is an actual "peer reviewed" article on this very subject. http://www.the-scientist.com/?articl...t-DNA-is-Bunk/ They set up there own "scientific journal" published only one edition, and then basically reviewed their own work..... Oh, and Zoobank is sort of the Wikipedia of the zoological world. It seems that anybody can apply for a name if they are an author in a published journal....Even if that journal is your own creation......... Not my words, but theirs....http://zoobank.org/About
