Ok yall, Here's the real story, my fishing partner mounted the seat bases to the top of the storage boxes on his boat ( he and i will be discussing this design flaw further ), we were talking to another fisherman and i turned to face him while leaning back in the seat ( all comfy and relaxed enyoying a day on the lake ) and the storage door came open ( they open towards the gunnal of the boat ) which in turn dumpes my big a$$ into the lake causeing me to lose my new sunglasses, new hemostats, and a just opened pack of cigs, on the bright side, i found out that my waterproof phone really is water proof! BTW, those little folding ladders on the back of boats are handy as heck.
