Bought one and used it twice to no avail! One bite the first trip and none the 2nd.Even tried weighting the rig to run deeper.
I will try it again in the fall. For me fishing is now more hunting and figuring them out.My numbers are down-15 three weeks ago then 19 and then 9.
Almost bass time for me! Hospice tournament April27th in Palatka then Wolfsons in May on the 18th.
    Ya'll come and fish
! Both are for a great cause!!

Talk to them about putting a crappie category in those tournaments and they might double the charity money.

Terry used two sets of them once. Didn't catch anything on them, then somehow they got hung up in one of our shrimping nets so they are singles now thanks to some scissor work... Lol.

    Have tried the 2 - 3 & 5 set ups.........long lining only - no hits - zero
    on several occassions.

shaved down the weight of head on the 2 & 3 set ups, used their artificals jigs
same results. still got hang ups at 1.0 - 1.3 mph..........

went down to the "slab-daddy" double set up...............shaved head weight down
to 16th and widened spread out, 6" flourcarbon leader to extend with curling tail jig ,
finally got couple hits but nothing of importance.

Inline single or double jig set up is still best when long-lining.....

I guess could be done, but not very easy

Vertical jigging is like a spider rig form..

can vertical jig inline 2 jigs, or can use handmade 14" spreader such used on
lake erie for perch , attach 8 -010" spreader lines with 16th oz jigs, minnow
tip run it at .5 or less...
