Default Lake Dardanelle/The Eye's of the Crappie Fishing World Are Upon You/Pre-Fishing Pic's

With over 33,000 acers of surface water and 50 miles long this lake is a monster. A winning weight could be found anywhere in it's many back bay's creeks or coves. I've had a chance to pre fish it and let me say it's loaded with some really nice fish. My self and RTARK put a day of fishing on it yesterday and caught 24 real nice fish and 15 I would call barn doors. We fished brush in 8-12 feet of water from Ouita to Shoal Bay. The female's are still full of eggs and water temps were 61-64 degrees. Use of good Electronics is a must on this lake. The Crappie Master's Tourney next week end will be a slugfest im sure and I predict you better have at least 25 lbs to win this one. I will be out there trying my best and I hope to see some of you out on the water with Us fishing or at the weight ins. Midsouth is right the bite is on at Dardanelle. It's going to be exciting to be apart of this Tourney. Good Luck to all getting ready to do battle on Dardanelle. And Please be Safe and be aware of underwater Hazard's when running on this lake. RT It was a blast I'll see you agian soon.

I finally got to meet the Pro and it was a real pleasure. He makes a good fishing buddy. We was pretty much in agreement on what technique to use on each situation. I learned a few things from him, mostly the proper way to use a net and I got plenty of practice netting his slabs. I also learned to be a little more persistent on a spot that has produced in the past. CP forgot to mention that the really really big ones got away.
I hope I was some help to him I wish everyone the best of luck cuz it aint nuttin but luck.

We're pulling for you Russ. Those look like some money fish you caught pre-fishing and you should do very well.
