    Hi guys,

    Heading to the Chippewa Flowage the last week of September and was hoping for some tips. Never fished there before and am looking to make the most of the trip. Thanks a bunch.

    I never been there but I have 2 different buddys that go there. One just got back. and did good on crappie and big bluegill. Mostly bluegill. he said he fished the floating bogs, whatever that means. my other buddy is going in Oct. but he does well every year and hes not really a fisherman

    Drift the humps and mid-lake flats for crappie. Kind of slow right now but should put on the feed bag soon. Good luck
