An idea...

That other launch is really...REALLY shallow. You might have a hard time hand launching a canoe there http://www.websmileys.com/sm/happy/783.gif. It can be less than a foot deep 15-20 feet off shore at times. The main ramp should be open at 7. I've been there before at 6:30 and it was open. Should we say be there at 7 - 7:15 then if it's not open we only have to wait 45mins or so?

Everything from topwaters to deep diving cranks will catch fish there. We should have a good time for sure if the fish are active.

Also, there's a 8mph speed limit until 9am.

i wouldn't be getting so cocky just yet slab. you have some pretty good fisherman (like me :D ) to get through ;)

both launches are right next to each other on is just about 300 feet or less down the road, there is no way to close the launch there is no gates:D .

Slab you just watch it i have a game plan, I will just be glad to see evvery one there. a bigg group of us running all over the lake. sounds like a good time. I for one am looking forward to taking your money.:p

The water is pretty clear out there. You want to stay back from the shoreline and make long cast if you can.

I would go if it was at sammy but I cant make it to meridian. If it was sammamish I would have to break dance (cause I would win), pull a muscle and then put ice on it for about a week.

sorry for the late repliy, you can get aay twith a shor t seperation between the weight and the dodger, flasher, or lake troll i would say a min of 2 feet but go longet if you can and I would say at least a 14 inch leader(at least) to the lure. No you do not need the tralor but it can make the worl of difference!

Check out the great bass that Urban and I caught at meridian man that lake is just full of bass...who won that anyways?
