Talking Water level is up at Burnt Mills

For the first time in a while the water level at Burnt Mills is higher than Western Branch.

I think they should have smpathy on us fishermen and close Western Branch and open Burnt Mills.

I'm going to have to do a drive by and see what the status is on the boat ramp.

They closed it two years and a eight months ago to rebuild the spillway. They then decided to do some work on the pump house as well.

They're suppose to be doing something with it. It never was a ramp, just gravel, and a very shallow slope at that. You had to put your front tires in the water to get your boat on and off your trailer. I thought I read some time ago that they are restricted in what they can do due to wetland laws or something along that lines.
