Wish I knew. I’ve kinda give up on it. I always drool seeing Wooduck’s reports but that place always kicks my butt.

Anyone know what the water height looks like?
It’s been about a month since I’ve been able to get out there. Water was low when I went. Not super low, but low enough I wouldn’t have tried to put my bass boat in. The small Bass Raider was perfect that day.
Thinking of taking my wife there to try catching some Crappie, but don’t really have room (or additional seats) on the little boat, so wanted to dunk the Triton in if the water came up at all. We’ve had a couple rainy days, so hoping it came up enough to drop it in this weekend.
All the best,
Glenn

It’s low. I went there this evening and it’s just a few feet forward of the end of the dock, so it’s lower than last month. I can’t put my bass boat in there right now. So I’ll come up with some other plan.
All the best,
Glenn
Chick river below the dam? It’s time for some nice fish to be from the dam down to out in front of all those docks.

My wife dislikes the Chickahominy. That’s why I was trying to take her out to Diascund on trolling motor only. Nice, calm day without dealing with boat wakes. Might have to try Chick anyway.
Ever go to the James? Osborne Landing? Barge pit?
