Not too bad of a day. Caught plenty of fish kept 8 for the fryer. Pretty good averages. Most of what I caught were females in two and a half feet of water. Most were spawned out and only one I filleted had eggs. Pretty odd trip for me out there. None of my old spots produced anything. I was a little surprised that they are still so shallow. Mostly I used buck tails that I tied but I also had minnows which did about the same. Towards the trading Post and beyond was pretty muddy so I stayed in the bends.
