Buggs Island Report 4/10/15

Started long line trolling Bluestone at 7:30 AM. Water temp was 54. Averaged about 3 crappie an hour, was a little on the slow side. Ended up catching 19 Crappie, 4 or 5 were around 12" one at 14" and one was 16.5" and 2.50 Lbs. Caught 1 Flathead Catfish that was 7.5 Lbs, 1 White Bass and 1 Channel Cat. The water temp got to around 59 by 3PM when I left, and was the best that I have seen in a while. About 1.5' visibility and almost no debris floating on the surface.
