Bobcats Crappie Tournement Results

Bobcats Crappie Tournament Trail held it's second tournament of the year on Saturday at Buggs Island Lake. 19 teams competed. Team of Ball/Ball won 1st place with 7 fish @ 10.93 pounds. Whitlow/Wall took 2nd with 9.98lbs and me and GeneC placed 3rd with 9.51lbs. It felt good to finally make a good showing. It was a very windy, cloudy and cold day with air temps in the 50's with water temps about 67 where we were fishing. Next tournament is scheduled Dec. 2nd. Come join the fun. Thanks, we we're glad we we're in a boat with a full windshield, otherwise that morning we would have both gotten wet from the waves trying to get across the lake. It was really rough. So rough it knocked my depth finder on the bow out of commission for the tournament.
