    Default Suffolk June 12, 2016

Decided to take a break from the green carp. My wife and I have a friend who wanted some fish. Today is the first time in quite a while that I kept my limit. Catching was easy. Jig color/weight did not matter. All you had to do was get it to depth of the fish and reel one in. I had a 90 minute stretch that I don't know if I went a cast without a bite. Lots of 9-10" fish, but I kept a dozen that were 12"+ and the rest in the creel were all between 11-12". I started fishing at 0630 and was done by 1100. Didn't see a reason to sit in the afternoon heat. Fun day of fishing. No photos, nothing really worthy. Fish tacos for dinner!
