Sunday morning on the pamunkey:Report

My buudy bailed last min so i took the kayak to the river. He missed out. Caught 15-16 crappie all between 10-14 inches. Kept 11 from 12- 14inches. All caught on jigs tipped with small minnows titelined slow in 6ft of water. Most fish weighed over a pound. The largest at 1lb 12oz.

When you say titelining, do you mean pulling behind the boat or with a big weight and vertical?

I was using a homemade rod rack. 10 ft poles woth just a 1/8oz jighead with black and char tube. Tipped with small minnows. Almost sittin still to a very slow drift. Vertical basically.
